Team leader Underwriting Services Domestic - Sweden Zurich is one of the most specialized insurance companies within non-life insurance for local and international business in the Nordic market. We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Underwriting Services team as Team Leader UWS Domestic in Sweden. Underwriting Services are responsible for the Insurance administration processes such as issue and book insurance policies and invoices within stipulated timeframes and quality. In addition, they support Underwriters in both pre- and post-bound activities.
As Team Leader UWS Domestic, you provide high quality leadership to the UWS Domestic team in Sweden with focus on visible leadership. You will report to the Head of UWS and be responsible for the service delivery for the Swedish Domestic portfolio. The position is based in Stockholm Sweden. You will lead and energize the Swedish UWS Domestic team, distribute and allocate work, drive and role model a learning culture with a continuous improvement mindset. Maintain training levels, employee development, team planning, drive & lead improvement initiatives. Actively also participate in improvement initiatives across functions that are linked to UWS.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• A few years of experience in similar leadership role
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, additional knowledge in Nordic languages is an advantage
